How long does it take to activate the service?
Average 7 working days from contract signing. A Nexim technician comes to your home, installs the modem and Wi-Fi mesh, configures the network, and explains everything. No "do-it-yourself".
What is included in the monthly fee?
Connectivity, Wi-Fi 6 modem, installation, unlimited calls to national landlines, 24/7 assistance. Max offers also include Wi-Fi 6E mesh and VoIP voice.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. No commitments, no exit penalties. 30 days' notice, online or by email. Period.
What happens if fiber is not available in my area?
