Whistleblowing
Internal reporting channel of Nexim Global, compliant with Directive (EU) 2019/1937 and Italian Legislative Decree 24/2023. You can report breaches of Union law, criminal, civil, administrative or accounting offences, breaches of the Code of Ethics, acts of corruption or fraud you became aware of in the context of your working or collaboration relationship with Nexim.
Your protections
- Absolute confidentiality of the reporter's identity (even if they choose to identify themselves).
- Retaliation ban: dismissal, demotion, missed promotion or any discriminatory measure due to a report is void by law.
- Ability to report fully anonymously.
- AES-256 encryption of sensitive data at rest, logical separation from HR/corporate systems.
- Access restricted to the Whistleblowing Committee only, bound by criminal confidentiality.
How the internal channel works
- Complete the report below, anonymously or identified. Sensitive data is AES-256 encrypted upon saving.
- Receive a ticket and a unique access code: keep them to communicate with the Committee without revealing your identity.
- The Whistleblowing Committee (composed of two independent members, bound by criminal confidentiality) will provide feedback within 7 days and initiate the investigation.
- Get the outcome within 3 months (extendable to 6 months in more complex cases).
- If you believe the internal channel is not responsive, you can always contact ANAC or proceed with public disclosure in cases provided for by law.

As an alternative to the internal channel, you can contact ANAC (Italian National Anti-Corruption Authority) through whistleblowing.anticorruzione.it, or proceed with public disclosure in the cases provided for by art. 15 of Legislative Decree 24/2023.
